Q - The shipping seems costly, do you offer alternatives?

A - USPS Priority rates increase every year and it is definitely a small business challenge pricing perfectly for postage.  We do not ever intend to make money on shipping. Ideally if you contact us we can quote lower postal services and Fedex as well.
** If you are shipping to the East Coast or nearby states it is likely we may be able to offer a cheaper rate. Send us an email to: OrganizeYourOils@gmail.com.  Include the
item of interest and your zip and we will do our best to assist you quickly.



Q - What is the last day for Christmas 2020 delivery?

A - For an item to arrive by Dec 24th, the order must be placed by SUNDAY Tues Dec 15th.


Q - Which Essential Oils fit in these displays?

A- Our items are specifically for Young Living and doTerra Essential Oils.  Most accommodating both 5ml and 15ml bottles.  Some other essential oils brands may also fit but we strongly recommend you contact us before purchase or consider providing dimensions and having something custom created.



Q - Can you make displays for other brands of essential oils or other bottle types?

A- Yes, we love to get down to details and collaborate. We regularly create both individual items and commercial projects. It is always enjoyable to bring new ideas to life and craft something that is specialized just for one of our awesome customers.



Q - How long before my order is shipped?

A - Standard orders are shipped in approx 10 Business Days. If an item is needed sooner please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.**Custom orders vary by design and level of detail.  When a custom item is requested we will supply both cost and time frame before commencing work.


Q - Do you offer volume discounts?

A - Yes, please contact us for a discount code on orders of 3 or more of the same item.


Q - Do you ship outside the continental US?

A - If you wish to send an item to Alaska, Hawaii or to another country, please email us for rates.  We will do our best to accommodate you.


Q- Are other colors or stains available?

A - Yes, we offer darker stains such as Cherry, Ebony, Mahogany and Walnut for an additional fee (price determined by size of display.) Please email us with your desired shade and we will reply promptly.


Q - What is your return policy?

A - If an item is unsatisfactory, we will do our best to swiftly rectify the situation.  Please contact us within 7 days to discuss any issues.
